• We are looking for an ambitious account executive with experience driving and closing new business to join our team on our legacy product, Rentable. • You’ll be responsible for building our customer base through partnering with property management companies to understand their business needs and work with them on solutions to help grow their business. • Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to close. • Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and in-person presentations to secure new business. • Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations. • Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily market expert. • Collaborate with Rentable sales development and customer success teams. • Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process. • Represent the Rentable brand in your active markets and at industry events. • Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast as well as activity tracking within Salesforce CRM. • Meet and exceed performance metrics. • Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings.
• 3+ years experience in an Account Executive or similar role • Demonstrated performance in an outbound, closing role, regularly meeting and exceeding quota • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Disciplined, reliable, and responsible self-starter who can self-manage • Strong networking skills • Possess a high energy and strong desire to achieve top results
