• Generate revenue through accountability of performance for distribution partners • Develop and implement strategies to drive profitability • Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned distributors • Identify growth opportunities and drive increased spec and close rates • Deliver presentations and develop professional relationships with account stakeholders • Provide support through product training and marketing initiatives • Analyze industry trends and make recommendations for market share

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of proven experience and account growth with industrial distribution channel partners • Strong business acumen • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Salesforce CRM experience preferred • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining strict attention to detail • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment • Travel required up to 50%
