Description

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients • Own existing accounts within segment • Create and execute a systematic plan to identify, qualify, and build upsell opportunities • Construct a detailed territory plan • Create and maintain detailed account plans • Develop customized proposals and presentations • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Handle customer inquiries and problems • Lead regular business reviews with key accounts • Track key account metrics and analyze customer engagement • Maintain thorough and accurate records in CRM systems

Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex B2B and/or B2C SaaS accounts • Proven record of achieving retention and expansion goals in a subscription-based model • Experience acting as the ‘Quarterback’ of a customer account • Comprehensive knowledge of SaaS metrics and customer lifecycle management • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Skilled at using data to drive decisions • Adept at understanding complex customer needs • Proven capability to negotiate effectively • Experience with Global Accounts and Multi-regional Teams
