📋 Description
• We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Partnerships Enablement Manager with go-to-market (GTM) and/or sales experience. • You will be responsible for enabling our partner ecosystem to effectively sell and implement Raintree’s solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in sales, GTM strategy, or partner enablement roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing partner enablement programs • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and metrics • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Collaborative mindset with a passion for building strong partner relationships
