• Why Work Here? • At Arkatechture, we have a simple shared mission: to build a sustainable organization built upon three pillars: Do something meaningful, With a great team, Earning what you deserve. • We started in 2012 with a passion for data, business, and getting things done. • We are a team of data lovers and technical experts who use our skills to help businesses big and small harness, utilize, and optimize their data. • We are a small company constantly evolving to keep up with changing landscapes in the data world. • We are proud of the community and culture that we’ve created at Arkatechture, and we have no intention of slowing down. • All employees share our core values: put the team first, practice humility, take pride in everything we do, stay curious, care for our community & environment, take work seriously; ourselves not so much. • The Position • Arkatechture is looking for an Account Manager to help our customers achieve their data-driven strategic goals. • This role is focused on nurturing long-term customer relationships, driving increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and serving as a trusted partner to our clients. • As an Account Manager at Arkatechture, you partner with our CSM team to support customers’ engagement with our SaaS platform, Arkalytics. • You’ll focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand and grow our relationships. Leveraging your expertise in account management, you’ll work cross-functionally to deliver value, helping customers maximize their use of Arkalytics to achieve their goals. • Our ideal candidate is a proactive and results-driven professional with a proven track record in account management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in an account management role, working directly with senior stakeholders. • Proven success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a focus on driving increased Net Revenue Retention (NRR). • SaaS experience is required; familiarity with data-driven or business intelligence platforms is highly preferred. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts effectively. • Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive additional revenue. • A collaborative working style with an ability to partner with various internal stakeholder groups. • Experience in the financial services industry, especially with credit unions or community banks. • Experience working with a start-up or scale up. • Familiarity with account management tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms. • A growth-mindset with a passion for continuous learning. • Comfort working in dynamic environments with a willingness to do whatever it takes to get a job done. • A passion for solving customer challenges and driving business outcomes.
