• Lead, coach, and advocate for a team of sales professionals, enabling them to exceed sales and revenue targets. • Optimize pipeline growth and sales processes while ensuring consistent execution. • Recruit and retain top-tier sales talent across all levels of the sales organization to support the company's expansive market opportunity. • Collaborate with the marketing team to maximize demand generation efforts and account-based marketing investments. • Oversee forecasting processes to ensure accurate and predictable results. • Partner with senior leaders to provide actionable feedback to Product Strategy, Professional Services, and other teams to drive process and product enhancements. • Foster a culture of accountability, professional growth, high performance, and ethical behavior across the sales organization.
• A proven track record in selling SaaS B2B enterprise software and leading geographically distributed sales teams (10+ years of relevant experience preferred). • Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage highly engaged teams. • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effectively working in team-oriented environments to overcome challenges. • Proven success in scaling sales organizations, particularly with enterprise-level customers in the financial technology sector. • Expertise in recruiting and retaining high-performing sales professionals who consistently exceed targets. • Experience defining, implementing, and maintaining systematic, disciplined sales processes across sales teams. • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with strong interpersonal capabilities and business acumen. • A history of negotiating six- and seven-figure annual recurring revenue contracts with large corporate customers. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
