β€’ Responsible for business development, negotiation, communication, and client relationship-building throughout designated markets β€’ Maximize territory potential through identifying and targeting prospects, qualifying and conducting client meetings β€’ Heavy cold calling and conducting in-person meetings to drive sales and create a constant pool of business β€’ Takes personal responsibility for and meets all individual activity goals and Account Executive productivity targets β€’ Actively participates in all team meetings and shares ideas β€’ Communicates and advises clients regarding GDH services and client matters β€’ Continuously explores new prospects and business leads β€’ Participates in networking groups and other business and community programs β€’ Diligently pursues understanding of all aspects of business division β€’ Ensure all client documents are accurate and updated β€’ Adheres to and complies with all policies and procedures set forth by GDH and the Division

Requirements

β€’ Computer proficiency and ability to effectively utilize ATS, Internet and navigation of websites/systems β€’ Ability to cold call potential candidates β€’ Technical capacity β€’ Communication proficiency β€’ Customer service oriented β€’ Problem solving β€’ Works well in team environment β€’ Planning and organization β€’ Attention to detail β€’ Ethical conduct β€’ Time management β€’ Confidentiality
