Description

• Blink is a security automation copilot that generates automated workflows to handle repetitive tasks or enforce security policies – simply by typing a prompt. • Customer Success Engineers at Blinkops serve as trusted technical advisors for customers, focusing on customer value. • They create value, offer advice, and grow accounts. • Customer Success Engineers lead technical discussions with Dev Ops, SRE, and Sec Ops. • They provide answers, share methodologies, onboard, and solve technical issues for customers. • Success Engineers improve documentation, build scalable resources, and proactively resolve customer questions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in SecOps and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Consulting, or related disciplines). • Background in security concepts and familiarity with security solutions and methodologies. • Experience implementing processes for CS teams, improving internal workflows, and building methodologies. • Ability to manage customers on both business and technical levels. • Experience with growth initiatives, land-and-expand strategies, and health evaluations of customer accounts. • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and identify patterns in customer experiences. • Strong commitment to learning the intricacies of a complex technical product. • Accountability and responsibility for customer success, representing customer needs internally. • Experience working in a high-paced startup environment is a plus.
