• Support and ensure a seamless experience for customers. • Facilitate onboarding of new customers. • Provide training and resources for product integration. • Develop long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders. • Address customer inquiries and issues effectively. • Collaborate with development and product teams for customer satisfaction. • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction to ensure retention and upsell.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related role in a SAAS company in the application security or cybersecurity industry. • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically.
