Description

• Health Gorilla is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer journey. • Partner with the sales team during the pre-sales phase. • Drive the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process. • Provide expert troubleshooting and support for customers related to data exchange protocols. • Conduct training sessions for customers, optimizing their workflows. • Collaborate closely with project managers and product teams. • Gather and communicate customer feedback to development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in healthcare IT, customer success, or a related role. • Experience working with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs to integrate and automate workflows • Experience with Project Management • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and CDA. • Experience with Mirth (or other integration engines) is a plus. • Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer value.
