Description

• Customer Engagement: Partner with the sales team during the pre sales phase to provide technical insights, demo solutions, and assess fit for the customer's needs. • Implementation: Drive the technical aspects of the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of solutions. • Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and support for customers, helping resolve complex issues related to HL7 v2, FHIR (STU3 and R4), and other Healthcare-related data exchange protocols. • Customer Training: Conduct technical training sessions for customers, enabling them to effectively use our products and optimize their workflows. • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with project managers, product teams, and other internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Product Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the development teams to help shape future product enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in healthcare IT, customer success, or a related role. • Experience working with RESTful and/or SOAP APIs to integrate and automate workflows • Knowledge of Internet Security protocols and implementations, including TLS, mutual TLS, OAuth, IPSEC, and SFTP, • Experience with Project Management • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HL7 v2, FHIR, IHE, and CDA. • Experience with Mirth (or other integration engines) is a plus. • Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering customer value.
