Description

β€’ Act as a trusted/strategic advisor for customers, driving the entire Customer Success lifecycle from onboarding to expansion β€’ Become the trusted Cribl expert as customers build out data pipelines β€’ Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management β€’ Drive adoption and expansion of existing use cases and advise/develop additional use cases β€’ Keep your finger on the pulse of your customers β€’ Clear, effective communicator working cross-functionally with the Cribl teams β€’ Continually inspire, mentor, and coach team members

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement experience in post-sales β€’ A customers-first mindset with great communication and relationship management skills β€’ Proven track record working with large complex enterprises in a high growth environment β€’ Experience with Observability, Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security β€’ Proven ability to drive continuous product value by developing new use-cases β€’ Quick learner with good technical and problem-solving skills β€’ Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%)
