📋 Description
• Company provides tools and resources for nonprofits to raise more money. • Outbound BDR role, generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential nonprofit customers. • Research and strategic outreach to connect with decision-makers. • Manage a 90 day pipeline of meetings for Account Executives. • Make impactful first impressions with stories and case studies. • Collaborate closely with the sales team, gaining experience in the sales cycle. • Consistently meet and exceed business development targets. • Ensure accurate maintenance of sales data through Salesforce.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ year of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or sales internship preferred) or business experience with strong interest in SaaS sales. • A passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges. • A self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Resilience and persistence—comfortable with rejection, seeing it as a learning opportunity. • Strong communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal. • A curious and coachable mindset with a drive to continuously improve. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense is a plus.
