• 1+ year of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or sales internship preferred) or business experience with strong interest in SaaS sales. • A passion for helping nonprofits and understanding their challenges. • A self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Resilience and persistence—comfortable with rejection, seeing it as a learning opportunity. • Strong communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal. • A curious and coachable mindset with a drive to continuously improve. • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, 6Sense is a plus.
