• At Bluesight, our mission is to create groundbreaking medication intelligence solutions that increase efficiency, safety, and visibility for health systems and pharmaceutical manufacturers. • We empower our customers to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time, every time. • We are seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Strategy with a deep passion for driving innovation and improving patient outcomes by leveraging cutting-edge healthcare technologies. • This role will focus on building value-based relationships with hospital leadership and clinical teams, providing actionable insights on drug data, and positioning technology as a key enabler for streamlined hospital workflows. • As a trusted advisor, you will serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy, nursing processes, compliance, and financial operations, with the ability to engage decision-makers across various levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Licensed Pharmacist with 5+ years of management experience in a hospital or healthcare system environment. • Proven track record in implementing healthcare technology solutions to drive operational improvement and compliance within the healthcare organization. • Strong understanding of drug budgeting, purchasing processes, 340B Compliance, and inventory management practices. • Active involvement in implementing controlled substance prevention and detection programs in line with regulatory requirements. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers at all levels. • Flexibility to support stakeholders across US time zones and the ability to travel up to 60% as needed. • Experience with Bluesight Solutions or similar healthcare technology platforms is highly preferred. • Consulting or account management experience in healthcare technology, with a deep knowledge of the market landscape, competitors, and trends. • In-depth knowledge of the intersection between pharmacy, nursing, and healthcare IT with the ability to offer innovative solutions tailored to client needs. • Proven ability to function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a customer-first mentality.
