• Build and lead the Workplace Planning function for the enterprise • Lead a team of four Regional Workplace Planning Leads • Effectively allocate workspace • Align workspace supply with demand while optimizing employee experience • Produce and maintain master occupancy plans • Ensure CAFM data completeness and accuracy • Produce workplace reporting and forecasting • Determine workspace requirements and develop space programs • Generate test fits and create block/stack plans • Conduct options analyses • Coordinate workplace measurement activities • Develop a Workplace Planning Playbook • Build a Community of Practice for WP practitioners
• Bachelors degree in a related field and 14 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree and 12 years of relevant experience • At least 10 years’ experience in Workplace/Occupancy Planning in both traditional and dynamic environments • At least 10 years experience with CAFM systems • Knowledge of key workplace metrics and methodologies • At least 8 years’ experience leading a team of direct reports • U.S. citizenship required
