• Drive sales activities from initiation to closure, winning new clients and nurturing existing ones (up-sell, cross-sell). • Initiate engagement with customers from both cold and warm leads. • Understand the diverse needs of clients and propose solutions that are matching with their objectives. • Report back client requirements into the bluquist product and advisory teams. • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops, articulating the value proposition of our platform. • Foster long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, emphasizing partnership and mutual growth. • Collaborate closely with the bluquist advisors, the customer success and the marketing team, ensuring a seamless customer experience from sales to implementation. • Drive our lead & opportunity management, and Sales reporting within the sales team. • Represent bluquist in public forums, exhibitions, and conferences, solidifying our brand presence and recognition.
• Sales acumen : Proven track record in driving sales, understanding the dynamics of the sales cycle, and having hands-on experience with B2B sales. • Client relationship management : Comfort in building and nurturing relationships with clients of all sizes. You're adept at understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively. • Strategic thinking : Proficient in setting sales goals, forecasting, and pipeline management. You use data and insights to inform your sales strategies and decisions. • Complexity handling : You can navigate within sales scenarios, break down challenges, and articulate solutions clearly and persuasively. • Communication : Your communication skills are top-notch.
