β€’ Business Development Associate role crucial for Bob W’s performance in Germany. β€’ Manage corporate accounts, prospect and book new business. β€’ Proactively build and nurture relationships for revenue and brand loyalty. β€’ Part of an international growth team focused on customer acquisition and revenue management. β€’ Responsible for the whole business development cycle and strategizing growth.

Requirements

β€’ Self-starter, ambitious, and hungry for results attitude. β€’ Experienced in identifying target leads, reaching out, and closing deals from cold leads. β€’ 1+ years of track record in Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment. β€’ Experience in the Travel, Lodgings, TMC, and Group Booking eco-system preferred. β€’ Native German and excellent English language skills. β€’ Experience in using a CRM (Pipedrive preferred). β€’ Experience in onboarding and managing accounts. β€’ Organized and process-driven, knowledgeable in B2B sales techniques.
