β€’ Drive the NaughtOne brand and market share throughout Germany. β€’ Develop sales strategies to win new accounts and manage existing clients. β€’ Work with Architects & Designers, Dealers, and Clients for awareness. β€’ Coach and train on NaughtOne products. β€’ Produce sales plans and strategies to support growth targets.

Requirements

β€’ Fluent in both German & English communication. β€’ Successful sales track record; ideally 2-5 years of experience in contract/capital goods industries. β€’ Experience, knowledge & understanding of the contract interiors market. β€’ Ability to analyze market conditions and competition. β€’ CRM system experience preferred, such as Salesforce. β€’ Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills. β€’ Methodical, hard-working, ambitious & energetic. β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team.
