• The Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in helping Storyblok meet its growth goals and is part of the Sales organization. • The Enterprise BDR is the first point of contact for potential enterprise customers. • Responsible for generating qualified pipeline within the enterprise sector by engaging prospects via multi-channel. • Engages with and qualifies incoming leads sourced by the Marketing team. • Identifies prospects within potential enterprise large accounts that could benefit from Storyblok. • Contacts senior decision makers within such organizations and engages them to convey the product’s value. • Aims to convert prospects into sales opportunities, grow a pipeline, and build rapport with senior stakeholders.
• At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably software sales. • Fluent in English and German is mandatory. • Proven success in achieving sales quotas and generating new business opportunities. • Technical experience in the SaaS field (especially CMS) is a plus. • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. • Experience with outbound sales tactics and modern sales technologies. • High sense of accountability and strong commitment to delivering results in a fast-growing company. • High self-motivation in an autonomous, independent remote work culture.
