Description

• Making phone calls to salons that have purchased a Booksy for Business subscription to schedule their onboarding into the system. • Conducting remote onboarding sessions for salons into the features of Booksy for Business and monitoring their progress. • Activating salons to ensure their Booksy profiles attract customers to book as many online appointments as possible. • Providing salons with information about how Booksy for Business and Booksy for Customers work and their functionalities. • Providing salons with information regarding subscriptions, invoices, and payments. • Proposing solutions tailored to the needs of salons within the capabilities offered by Booksy.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service/contact center in an outbound environment. • Knowledge of Ukrainian language (preferred), English (nice to have). • Proficiency in Windows, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, web browsers, and MS Office/GSuite. • Ability to communicate effectively with customers. • Goal-oriented mindset. • Knowledge of and ability to apply communication and persuasion techniques. • Strong writing skills and a good command of the Polish language. • Quick learning ability. • Stress resilience. • Problem-solving and analytical skills. • Quick adaptation to new situations. • Ability to work well in a team and willingness to collaborate.
