Description

• EnergyHub empowers utilities and customers for a clean energy future • Support Client Success team’s South pod in developing strategic partnerships • Handle foundational level operations and day-to-day processes during client life cycle • Own client relationship end-to-end for own portfolio of clients • Manage launch of platform and programs, maintain account health • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated success working directly with clients (min. 2 years) • Project management experience • Analytical, yet creative and curious mind • The ability to build trust and foster outstanding client and partner relationships • Good judgment in a business context • Experience managing multiple high-priority projects • A BS or BA degree • Willing and available for after-hours emergency client escalations • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in technology services or customer success • Experience working in or with renewable energy, utilities, grid services or adjacent industries preferred
