Description

• BoostDraft is seeking a Junior or Senior Account Executive to help drive revenue growth in the U.S. market. • This is an exciting time to join our team as we near the completion of our product-market fit process and prepare to scale our business in the U.S. • BoostDraft is a software engineering company that develops the AI-assisted legal document editor that drastically changes the legal drafting world, eliminating overlooked inefficiencies. • The company was founded two years ago by MIT and Stanford grad students, starting with the Japanese market. • Within two years, we have grown to more than 7,500 paid users, without any marketing. • 17 of the top 20 largest law firms in Japan are using our software. • Most of users are coming from word of mouth, without marketing. • We have several long-term, large-scale contracts with famed enterprises and law firms. • As a result, we have been highly profitable from Day 1 and have experienced exponential growth without outside funding at all. • Now we are entering the US market. • As the Account Executive at BoostDraft, you'll identify potential clients in law firms and corporate legal departments. • Use various sales tools and initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, emailing, networking events, and SNS. • Conduct sales meetings and manage the end-to-end sales process. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM and effectively follow up the leads saved in the pipeline.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in one of the following: • End-to-end enterprise software sales • Legal tech sales • Selling to law firms • Strong track record in lead generation and cold outreach • Expertise in managing sales pipelines and consistently meeting or exceeding targets • Nice to have - Channel partnerships experience • Proficiency with sales tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms • Experience in building and managing channel partnerships • Familiarity with the legal tech sector or experience working with law firms • A self-motivated, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment • Comfortable with frequent business travel and networking at conferences or industry events • Open-minded and culturally aware, with the ability to work seamlessly within an international team
