β€’ BoostDraft is seeking a Junior or Senior Account Executive to help drive revenue growth in the U.S. market. β€’ This is an exciting time to join our team as we near the completion of our product-market fit process and prepare to scale our business in the U.S. β€’ BoostDraft is a software engineering company that develops the AI-assisted legal document editor that drastically changes the legal drafting world, eliminating overlooked inefficiencies. β€’ The company was founded two years ago by MIT and Stanford grad students, starting with the Japanese market. β€’ Within two years, we have grown to more than 7,500 paid users, without any marketing. β€’ 17 of the top 20 largest law firms in Japan are using our software. β€’ Most of users are coming from word of mouth, without marketing. β€’ We have several long-term, large-scale contracts with famed enterprises and law firms. β€’ As a result, we have been highly profitable from Day 1 and have experienced exponential growth without outside funding at all. β€’ Now we are entering the US market. β€’ As the Account Executive at BoostDraft, you'll identify potential clients in law firms and corporate legal departments. β€’ Use various sales tools and initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, emailing, networking events, and SNS. β€’ Conduct sales meetings and manage the end-to-end sales process. β€’ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM and effectively follow up the leads saved in the pipeline.

Requirements

β€’ At least 2 years of experience in one of the following: β€’ End-to-end enterprise software sales β€’ Legal tech sales β€’ Selling to law firms β€’ Strong track record in lead generation and cold outreach β€’ Expertise in managing sales pipelines and consistently meeting or exceeding targets β€’ Nice to have - Channel partnerships experience β€’ Proficiency with sales tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar platforms β€’ Experience in building and managing channel partnerships β€’ Familiarity with the legal tech sector or experience working with law firms β€’ A self-motivated, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment β€’ Comfortable with frequent business travel and networking at conferences or industry events β€’ Open-minded and culturally aware, with the ability to work seamlessly within an international team
