Description

• Manage the sales process from end-to-end, from lead generation to contract signature (typically 3 to 9 months process). • Nurture relationships with your accounts to secure renewal and identify (and manage) upsell opportunities. • Be accountable for data quality in our CRM (HubSpot), leverage our CRM to monitor key KPIs (sales funnel, conversion rates, process length, etc.), and define strategies to improve. • Identify, structure, and summarize feedback from field experience to internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong background in Software Sales at the B2B Enterprise level. • At least 10+ years of sales experience working within a SaaS company in a critical product scale-up phase with long-cycle sales. • Proven ability to negotiate contracts in a SaaS environment. • Experience in a "Startup" environment (not only in medium or large organizations). • Comfortable in mapping complex organizations to identify key stakeholders to reach out to and influence. • Both a farmer and a hunter, and you like it. • Deep interest, or even better experience, in Sustainability.
