Requirements

β€’ Manage a team of 4 + people β€’ 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, and/or growth β€’ 5 - 7 years of Food Service experience (Selling to or working at contract catering companies like Aramark, Compass, Sodexo ideal) β€’ Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets β€’ Experience conducting business with food service businesses, with particular focus on non-commercial food service providers, contract caterers, etc. β€’ Operational experience with deploying new products and/or services to partners β€’ Beverage and refreshments experience with preferred exposure to fountain drink or other non-ready-to-drink beverages to enterprise and channel partners β€’ Experience expanding account sales after initial contract (e.g. franchisee sales and/or selling incremental products to existing accounts) β€’ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills β€’ Ability to craft presentations and model financial impacts β€’ Entrepreneurial attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve β€’ Team-oriented mindset β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously β€’ 30% travel required
