β’ The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our Client Services team. β’ This role requires a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and enhance our outreach efforts. β’ Working in close collaboration with the Business Development team and Client Services, they will focus on generating new leads, nurturing partnerships, and recruiting key affiliates for our clients in the iGaming industry. β’ The role will involve working with clients globally, ensuring that their business development needs are met efficiently. β’ Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. β’ Cold outreach campaigns to deliver warm leads to the sales organisation. β’ Collaborate with the Business Development and Client Services teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term relationship building with affiliates. β’ Manage the full affiliate recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential partners to negotiating contracts and overseeing the onboarding process. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, acting as the main point of contact to manage their acquisition and retention. β’ Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. β’ Analyze market trends to develop strategies for growth. β’ Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the business and attract new affiliates.
β’ Proven experience in business development or affiliate recruitment in the iGaming industry ideally with experience in Casino, Sports & Crypto β’ Existing network of Affiliates β’ Fundamental ability to self-start, work in a small team, multitask and work to deadlines β’ Ability to analyse performance data and metrics and confidence in making decisions regarding campaign direction based on insight β’ Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster relationships with global clients and partners β’ Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. β’ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify ROI, market trends and business opportunities β’ Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management tools, Microsoft Office and communication tools β’ Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings as necessary β’ Fluent in English
