• The Business Development Manager (LATAM) will play a key role in driving the company’s growth and expanding the company’s market presence within the Latin America region by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. • Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of key client relationships, implementing business development strategy, and contributing to the company’s overall success. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and provide regular updates on progress and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 2-4 years of proven business development experience in the forex or financial services industry. • Proven ability to generate revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and client feedback to drive business decisions. • Results-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets. • Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments. • Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis. • Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform. • Solid experience with CRM software. • Excellent use of Spanish and/or Portuguese language. • Good use (oral and writing) of English language.
