Description

• The Southeast Region Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for supporting the Regional Manager (RM) and the rest of the Southeast Team to identify and acquire new clients throughout the greater Charlotte, NC area. • The BDM will have experience in successfully providing reliable, accurate, and organized customer account management, water management programs and documentation, sample collection, and equipment maintenance services and engaging with customers knowledgeably and professionally.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required. • Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, or microbiology preferred. • 2 – 5 years of job experience preferred; water-related experience in facilities, engineering, or the sciences. • Customer and/or sales experience is preferred. • The position requires successful completion of a 90-day training course that includes fieldwork and online self-study.
