Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a BDR or similar role within a sales-driven organization. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI's). • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Experience with Salesforce, Seamless, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales/CRM related tools. • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working within an eCommerce agency. • Experience in digital marketing and web development service sales. • Experience following a Sales Playbook within your team/organization.
