• This is a remote position. • Business Development Associate Position Summary • The individual is responsible for aggressively seeking new clients and widening the customer base for the company by utilizing the company’s sales process and existing infrastructure. • We are looking for a go getter, enthusiastic, hard worker and high achiever to join our sales team. • Must be confident and driven to openly pursue potential clients through cold calls, warm leads or face-to-face meetings. • Develop a firm understanding of company’s analysis methodologies and tools to support selling efforts toward Banks, Banking Regulators, and other financial institutions. • Develop strong relationships with bank clients to effectively position ARC with senior management as they go to company for AML Compliance. • Develop strong relationships with banking associations culminating in the Company’s ability to utilize the association to attain new bank clients through speaking engagements, webinars, newsletters and white paper distribution. • Understand, embrace and follow with discipline and selling strategies and techniques. • Arrange, prepare and coordinate meetings, presentations and webinars with bank clients and other industry related entities in a timely and highly organized manner, taking a leadership role with the coordination of all internal and external participants. • Prepare client proposals, contracts and other supporting documents specific to target bank clients to successfully attain new client engagements. • Execute active client follow-up and maintenance: monitor, manage and maintain relationships with clients, coordinate with the Client Delivery team to make sure deliverables are being met and contractual obligations are being met. • For active clients, through maintaining a close understanding of a client’s needs and strategic focus, up sell clients toward a greater application of ARC methodologies and analyses. • Effectively utilize ARC resources, including marketing materials, white papers, newsletters, to maximize ARC exposure. • Know your territory. Understand the key bank players, the role and impact of associations and an up-to-date understanding of the regulatory environment. • Keeping Sales Software up to date for forecasting and pipeline management.
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience. • Experience within the Banking, Credit Unions, Broker Dealers or Insurance financial industry is desired or a plus. • Experience with AML Compliance Services and or AML Software is a plus. • Experience selling services, not products (such as consulting services) is a plus. • Existing Relationships with BSA Officers, CCO’s or C-Level Executives is a Plus
