•1-2 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the technology or staffing industry. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. •Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools. •Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying client needs. •Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently. •A passion for learning, adapting to new challenges, and contributing to a team-oriented culture.
