Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience, across a combination of top-tier management consulting/banking and high growth tech environments • Operating experience strongly preferred • Top notch critical thinking and analytical skills • Very high EQ; able to read a room or an audience and adjust approach to be most effective • Excellent verbal and written communications • Demonstrated ability to break down difficult barriers • Ownership over professional development and high degree of grit
