📋 Description
• McKesson Compile is seeking a highly strategic Chief of Staff to support the executive leadership team in driving business execution, operational alignment, and cross-functional collaboration. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy, operations, and data commercialization within the healthcare or biopharma industries.
🎯 Requirements
• 10 + years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally within biopharma, healthcare data, or life sciences technology. • Strong understanding of data commercialization models, biopharma analytics, and /or healthcare industry dynamics. • Experience in business execution, cross-functional leadership, and operational efficiency within a complex enterprise environment. • Financial acumen, with experience tracking revenue performance, cost structures, and pricing strategies. • Strong written and oral communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams related to healthcare data governance. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. • MBA, advanced degree, or equivalent experience preferred. • Must be willing to start work early at 7 am EST to accommodate collaboration with colleagues and clients in India.
