Description

• Lead development and execution of data-driven recruitment strategies for complex technical roles in multiple countries • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies • Build strong, diverse pipelines by engaging passive talent and finding creative ways to engage high potential candidates • Create and run an efficient, equitable, and thoughtful process enabling brightwheel’s growth • Conduct interviews, score exercises, and complete reference checks • Analyze and use data to build and refine recruitment strategies and evaluate pipeline strength • Communicate effectively to facilitate hiring decisions that raise the bar on talent • Create a best-in-class candidate experience focusing on inclusive recruitment • Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting systems, processes, and lead implementation of solutions • Provide coaching and mentorship to recruiting team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with strong technical sourcing experience. • Experienced at hiring for all levels, from individual contributors through senior leadership • Quickly build strong relationships and are a trusted thought partner to hiring managers, including C-level executives • Analytical and use data to develop, drive, and refine your approach • Effective screening and interview skills in the technical space, consistently demonstrating sound judgment • Committed to hiring diverse and inclusive teams, building strategies and candidate pipelines that support these efforts • Exceptional communication skills and navigate sensitive and complex conversations • Adaptable problem-solver with tenacity, creativity, and a customer-service mindset • Take ownership and continuously seek to improve your hiring process and outcomes
