β’ This is a remote position. β’ Please do not apply if you are currently not producing and producing NonQM. β’ We are looking for experienced account executives who want to build on their Non-QM network of bankers and brokers across the nation and to help them close more loans. β’ Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers. β’ Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. β’ Your job is to sell, not process! β’ Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information. β’ Work with Senior Management on goals and projections. β’ Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements. β’ NMLS license not required (except Nevada). β’ Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena- LOS, CRM, Broker Portals.
