📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Please do not apply if you are currently not producing and producing NonQM. • We are looking for experienced account executives who want to build on their Non-QM network of bankers and brokers across the nation and to help them close more loans. • Develop and maintain productive relationships with Mortgage Bankers and Brokers. • Help originate brokered loans to the inside support staff and move loan originations from submissions to closed loans. • Your job is to sell, not process! • Communicate with brokers/staff to ensure coordination of timely receipt of borrower conditions and financial information. • Work with Senior Management on goals and projections. • Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements. • NMLS license not required (except Nevada). • Appreciate the use of technology in the mortgage arena- LOS, CRM, Broker Portals.

🎯 Requirements

• Current Non-QM Wholesale Mortgage experience at least 1 year • Attention to detail and ability to work quickly • Knowledge of E-mail marketing • A person who creates solutions, not problems • If you are the type of person who sees an opportunity when others see trouble • Have the drive to make money
