Let’s run there. • Your Job: • The Sales Representative, Sweden is responsible for driving Brooks product sales revenue and margin within their respective territory. You manage all aspects of Brooks’ sales of footwear, apparel and accessories including sell-in and sell-through and define sales goals and marketing strategies for Sweden. You will also lead and execute the field support strategy to increase market share, amplify Brooks’ product leadership, and create recognition, awareness and loyalty for the brand.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or related field desirable • 3+ years’ footwear and apparel sales experience. • Specialty retail (running) experience of at least one year required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and business English. • Excellent interpersonal skills that inspire and build trust resulting in effective working relationships across the company. • Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution of tasks, while still seeing the big picture and understanding how all of the pieces fit together and affect one another. • Demonstration of innovation and initiative – always looking at improving our products and processes while also displaying a willingness to dive into the details and help out wherever necessary. • Knowledge of performance athletic footwear/apparel/accessories and their related technologies. • Knowledge of the biomechanics of human motion; understanding of injury prevention basics • 70% travel is required. • General computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to listen and understand customer needs. • Ability to provide analysis and feedback on sell through both to Brooks’ corporate and accounts. • Embraces and lives the Brooks values!
