Description

• Provide IT Service Management development and configuration expertise across Brown-Forman IT. • Lead the technical configuration, development, integration, and automation functions. • Designs, develops, and improves service management and asset management business processes. • Responsible for leading and implementing medium to complex projects. • Responsible for IT Service Management, Asset Management, and acts as a liaison for technology solutions. • Integral to maturing the ITSM and ITAM programs consistent with ITIL. • Identification of risks, threats, and mitigation related to ITSM and ITAM applications. • Designs, configures, and implements process improvements for innovation and enhancements. • Creates/maintains documentation and procedures related to ITSM & ITAM processes. • Leads quality assurance testing for different ITSM & ITAM systems.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years experience with hands-on service management (i.e., ITSM and ITAM) application configuration and development. • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field and/or equivalent combination of formal education and experience. • Familiarity with service management and asset management processes (e.g., ITIL), applications, tools, etc. • Experience with development, configuration, and object-oriented programming. • Experience with ITSM/ITAM applications (i.e, Ivanti, Service Now, etc.). • ITIL Foundations Certification or ability to obtain it within 12 months of employment.
