• Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach and research. • Collaborate with outside sales team members to support one another’s efforts in generating new business and servicing existing accounts. • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels. • Assist in developing sales proposals and quotes for customers. • Provide knowledge of products and marketing strategies to diversified customer base. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth. • Up-sell and cross-sell, suggesting companion products or substitutes where applicable. • Handle customer objections, disputes, and exception requests with minimal management intervention. • Maintain internal supportive working relationship with multiple departments including but not limited to category management, purchasing, customer service, sales directors and marketing teams. • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows (minimal travel required).

Requirements

• High School Diploma required. • College degree in business or related field preferred. • 3-5 years' experience in direct sales or inside sales position, preferably in the RV industry. • PC proficiency with Microsoft programs. • Strong Excel skills are a must. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Ability to independently make accurate decisions and analyze risk, while reasoning through issues and suggesting workable solutions. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work in a remote position while supporting Pacific time zone.
