Description

β€’ Forge and strengthen relationships with prospective clients in the governmental sector. β€’ Work closely with enterprise sales colleagues and the marketing team to execute sales plans. β€’ Utilize research to identify customer challenges and present compelling solutions. β€’ Maintain accurate Salesforce data for growth strategy. β€’ Employ various engagement methods to connect with prospects and decision-makers. β€’ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for pipeline development. β€’ Recognize potential clients and participate in industry trade shows and presentations. β€’ Travel up to 20% for in-person presentations and trade shows.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of sales experience, preferably within the governmental or related software space. β€’ Solid experience in prospecting, territory planning, and cold-calling. β€’ Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. β€’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Capacity to build and maintain relationships with prospects. β€’ A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and collaborate effectively with a growing team. β€’ Commitment to continuous learning, growth, and receptive to feedback.
