📋 Description

• We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong background in event planning to join our growing marketing team here at BS&A. • This role requires a creative thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a proven track record of managing both virtual and in-person events. • Key Responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with business goals, overseeing end-to-end event management, and tracking performance against defined KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on event management. • Demonstrated success in planning and executing events, both virtual and in-person. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Eventbrite, or similar. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners. • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering memorable brand experiences. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools and email marketing software. • Experience working with local government software is highly desirable.
