β€’ Rockstar is recruiting for a pioneering technology platform designed with tools for all stages of family life. β€’ This client automates the workflows of family management, fostering togetherness and making caregiving easier. β€’ About Us: Hearth is the first technology platform designed with tools for all stages of family life. β€’ A creative and detail-oriented Marketing Designer is being sought to join their growing team. β€’ The individual will play a key part in shaping the visual identity and driving the design of marketing assets that engage, inspire, and convert. β€’ The role involves leading creative direction and design concepting for all marketing campaigns. β€’ Working closely with the Growth, Lifecycle, and Product Design teams, this role will bring campaigns to life through thoughtful, on-brand designs across the platforms. β€’ The ideal candidate has experience designing for consumer software startups and a strong understanding of creating user-centric design principles. β€’ This role requires a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, with a passion for optimizing the marketing user journey through visual design. β€’ The candidate will take a hands-on approach to managing social media content, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing for a consumer software startup or tech brand. β€’ Strong portfolio showcasing marketing-related design projects, including digital ads, social graphics, and landing pages. β€’ Proficiency in design tools. Current design files are exclusively in Figma – Figma proficiency required. Design knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is also expected. β€’ A huge plus: Illustration and/or animation/motion design experience. β€’ Experience designing for paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo). β€’ Experience designing and optimizing social media content, including Instagram static posts, carousels, and IG Stories. β€’ Basic knowledge of Shopify, web design principles, and responsive design (HTML/CSS experience is a plus). β€’ Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy principles. β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
