Description

• Manage the full life cycle of a sales opportunity • Sourcing qualified leads • Pitching hundreds of qualified companies • Closing business and working with implementation team • Conduct market research and analysis to develop a winning sales strategy • Demonstrate proprietary SaaS platform • Engage channel partners to build relationships • Actively hunt new business direct to enterprise-level employers • Execute a consultative sales strategy • Build a pipeline to exceed expectations • Develop close working relationships with sales support and marketing team • Precise and detailed activity tracking • Produce qualified leads • Cold calls to generate leads • Prepare action plans and schedules • Follow up on leads and referrals • Prepare status reports including activity and closing records • Identify and travel to marketing events

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred • 7+ years of experience selling technology and/or SaaS • Strong preference for experience within the Benefit Administration or broader Human Capital Management (HCM) industries • Proven ability to persuade & influence others consistently • Experience working with health benefit brokers and consultants strongly preferred • Proven ability to develop & deliver presentations • Strong interpersonal & communication skills • Ability to travel up to 25% • Relationship building experience necessary • Channel Sales Experience preferred • Proven ability to execute a thorough sales discovery process
