Description

Manage and drive sales processes for complex products (payroll, benefits, accounting integrations, prevailing wage fringe offsets, labor compliance, etc.) Drive sales processes with C-Suite stakeholders at mid-market speciality subcontractors (e.g., ~50-500+ employees) Develop and implement a scalable sales process for future hires Build strong relationships with core regional channel partners Attend industry conferences and represent Miter within relevant industry associations

Requirements

Proven ability to drive sales processes and exceed quota selling complex products Successful track record in commanding the room with C-Suite stakeholders Experience in Construction or selling to midmarket speciality contractors
