β€’ Altius Search Group is searching for an Account Executive for one of our clients in the Equipment Finance Industry. β€’ This position will work remotely from Arizona. β€’ Prospecting daily for new clients. β€’ Maintain a scheduled calling program with clients and prospects to develop selling of Equipment Financing. β€’ Identify and address areas of competition, as well as potential new markets in the assigned area that would maximize the volume and earnings of the direct corporate EF portfolio. β€’ Target calling efforts directed toward Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) of privately-owned or publicly-owned companies with revenues of $100MM+. β€’ Structure equipment transactions ranging from $50k to $500k on average. β€’ Manage existing relationships. β€’ Manage all financing opportunities in Salesforce.com, keeping personal pipeline current as to the stage of movement within the pipeline and keeping the file up-to-date on the next items to be completed. β€’ Visiting accounts and prospects. β€’ Coordinate with the marketing team to execute database marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities. β€’ Identify and qualify equipment lease and finance transactions. β€’ Work with management to analyze, price and structure transactions. β€’ Assist in managing the customer relationship from initial contact, transaction award, credit underwriting and funding.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5+ years successful track record in Business to Business Sales β€’ Highly-skilled and proficient in most aspects of finance; proficient in managing large and complex corporate relationships β€’ Excellent understanding of equipment finance marketplace β€’ BA/BS degree with a preferred emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Economics β€’ Ability to use the Loan Pricing Model in conjunction with knowledge of transaction pricing for equipment and vehicles as it pertains to providing and assisting with lease quotations and proposals β€’ High energy with a strong desire to succeed in adverse situations β€’ Strong written/oral communicator with excellent interpersonal skills β€’ Possess an innovative, courageous approach to problem-solving and market analysis β€’ Proficient using Excel, Word, Power Point and Salesforce β€’ Ability to travel as needed to build relationships β€’ Confident self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks in fact paced environment β€’ Strong track record of meeting or exceeding financial sales
