• Build and lead a sales organization for BeiGene’s products. • Collaborate with leadership to develop commercialization strategies. • Focus on strategic initiatives in high performing accounts for the Hematology & Solid Tumor Franchises. • Achieve sales targets for Brukinsa and Tevimbra. • Build Target Accounts Team, overseeing recruitment and hiring. • Establish a culture inspiring sales leaders to drive best-in-class teams. • Set strategic vision and sales plans to meet objectives. • Collaborate across Commercial & Medical Affairs teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical sales and / or marketing experience is necessary. • At least 8 years’ experience managing oncology sales teams and a history of overachievement against objectives. • Oncology therapeutic experience required. • Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required. • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead teams and have the managerial courage to make and stand by difficult decisions. • Record of attracting and developing strong sales talent. • Expert at creating buy-in among cross-functional stakeholders. • Proven ability to grow and develop others. • Possess the competency of leading teams through change with shifting priorities.
