Description

• Answer interactions (phone calls, emails and live chats) and responds to customer requests • Assist customers with order entry and order status calls • Recognize and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls • Recommend new ideas for process improvements • Build rapport with customers by using a courteous, friendly and professional manner • Various special projects, as assigned • Completes other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or some college preferred • 2 + years of customer service and/or 1-2 years related experience. • Call center experience preferred • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong decision-making abilities • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn in-house computer programs essential • Ability and desire to learn about marine, watersports, hunting, camping and fishing product lines • Ability to work a 12pm-9pm schedule, including weekends and holidays
