• Support merchants with payment processing needs • Manage merchant accounts including setups and updates • Monitor account activity for fraud signs • Conduct training sessions for merchants on tools • Investigate and resolve payment disputes and issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • Strong work ethic in fast-paced environment • Results oriented and able to work autonomously • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Experience in payment processing and merchant services • Familiarity with PCI regulations is a plus • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
