• Assist software customers during scheduled support hours • Work with campground and resort staff on questions via call/email/chat • Share expertise in Campspot reservation software with management and staff • Flexibility required for occasional schedule variances

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Patient and courteous demeanor when working with customers • Availability to work the above mentioned schedule • Attention and obsession for detail and accuracy • Effectively and efficiently solve problems ranging in difficulty • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, and sometimes competing priorities
