Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degrees preferred. • At least 20 years of work experience within assigned markets or equivalent experience. • Significant experience and proven track record within assigned markets. • Extensive national network to connect the firm with talent and strategic partners. • Identifiable personal brand and professional reputation. • Track record of presence at industry events. • Optimistic and inclusive leadership style. • Ability to champion an ethical culture and lead risk management decisions. • Demonstrate entrepreneurial behavior, embracing new ideas and solutions. • Ability to communicate effectively and inspire high-performing teams. • Significant travel is required.
