Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required; advanced degrees are preferred • At least 20 years of work experience within the assigned markets or equivalent • Significant experience and proven track record within assigned markets • Must have an extensive national network • Must have existing identifiable and recognizable personal brand • Must have a track record of presence at industry events • Ability to be optimistic and have an inclusive leadership style • Ability to champion an ethical culture • Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial behavior • Ability to communicate effectively internally • Significant travel is required
