•OB1 Solar & Security is seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Consultant to join our team. •As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for generating and closing sales appointments, creating customized proposals for customers using software, and self-generating leads within your designated territory.
🎯 Requirements
•Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey complex information. •Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. •Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools to manage leads, appointments, and proposals. •Knowledge of solar energy principles, products, and installation processes is preferred but not required. •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is advantageous but definitely not required.
