• Join a team redefining how the world experiences design • Conduct outbound sales activities to identify, prospect, and engage with SMB clients • Develop a deep understanding of SMB customers' needs, pain points, and objectives to tailor solutions • Proactively reach out to potential SMB clients via phone, email, and other channels • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMB clients through regular communication • Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize the sales process • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Proven track record of success in outbound sales or account management roles, preferably in a B2B or SMB-focused environment • Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Familiarity with CRM and outreach software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach IO, Sales Navigator and Gong) • Prior experience in the tech industry, SaaS sales, or working with SMB clients is a plus
